Not to take away …
Not to take away from the song, which I love, but he is so full of that he got drunk and made up this song. I hate it when people do that — glorify drinking or drugs in this way. And gawd may have given him this song, but he shouldn’t bullshit about not having most of it written until he was drunk. It doesn’t happen this way, especially with rhyming lyrics. I hate that.

@BigRedNE I think he’s talking about his feelings and what the rest of the song speaks of. It’s a heart wrenching cry that we have all made to ourselves but we don’t express those feelings to others. How often have all of us though ‘Nobody knows, nobody sees, nobody but me’? At least that’s what it means to me when I hear it
