@paulinotou That …
@paulinotou That also means alot of people get left out of the loop. Look at Manhattan and NYC in general, where I used to live. Higher income doesn’t always translate to affordable living. In Manhattan, you can make $8 an hr at McD’s, yet the cost of a ROOM is $850 A MONTH, in sharp contrast to the cost of living in Louisiana or even L.A.
Sickening…just …
Sickening…just sickening looking at what those people, the native, REAL Hawaiians have to go through. Just sickening.
okay i live in …
okay i live in kapolei which is right next to waianae. let me say a few things. Hawaii has the highest average income than most states. to live here you have to have some money. i know a lot of Hawaiians that go to my school and they are well to do. i lived in south carolina and things are more screwed up over there.
the military isnt doing crap to this island. you want to see military taking over an island look at guam. thats where im from.this is an anti american station so dont be so gullible

@planetcave it was …
@planetcave it was more like the mid 1800ʻs. 1840 to be exact and again in 1852. i donʻt dispute what you say about western influence. “THE ACTUAL HISTORY OF HAWAII” ???!!! tell me sir, where might i find such history? give me sources not dumb straw man arguments.
@wadaman808 The …
@wadaman808 The actual history of Hawaii is much different from the spoon-fed liberal democratic idyllic nonsense that you’ve been brainwashed by. Pull your head out of the taro roots and do your own research.
@waDAMan 808 The …
@waDAMan 808 The constitutional monarchy that you’re referring to was drafted and implemented by western powers at the beginning of the 1800′s to unify individual kingdoms (each island had its own kingdom) where people were living like complete savages up to that point in time. The constitutional part that you’re referring would not have been possible without western influence.
@planetcave you …
@planetcave you obviously donʻt know what youʻre talking about. first of all Niʻihau is owned by the Robinson family not no king. second, Hawaiʻi was governed by a CONSTITUTIONAL monarchy which means the king/queen had to follow the constitution. thirdly the Greah Mahele privatized all land in Hawaiʻi. maybe you should do some research before you post dumb shit.
They already have a …
They already have a kingdom, it’s called Nihau Island. Btw, in a monarchy (kingdom) a king owns all of the land while the people are his subjects. So one might argue that only people that have a direct lineage to King K. have rights to any of these lands. The way things work in the most backward state of the U.S. is that a few megalomaniacs will grab the prize while those crackheads on the beach keep trying to catch contaminated fish.
The Natives were …
The Natives were here first and after you finish destroying our lands we will still be here cleaning up your mess!!!!!
