If there is 'Awaiting Friend Confirmation' written with their name, they haven't taken any decision yet. If they have added you, you can see their profile. If they haven't, their profile would be private for you 2)Click Friends at the top of your facebook page. Click 'All Connections' from the side menu. Look for their name. If you don't find it, they have ignored your friend request. If you find their name and there is 'Friend Request Pending' written under their name, they have not to take any action.
