Looking for retaurants in Times Square New York to view New Years celebrations 2008/9?

We are looking to book a meal to celebrate / view Times Square New Years eve celebrations in New York, anyone recomend anywhere? or any websites

There is no restaurants located on roofs that I know of. You will have to do a double.
