Just walk out of the door you came in from. If nothing happens then your game is glitched.
Did you go all the way upstairs into the hotel room? If you did, all you need to do is find the staircase. Yes, the hallway is a little dark, but a few seconds of looking around should find you a staircase down to the floor where you can save your game and go out of Ocean View.
If you really can’t get out, quit and load your game again. It should put you right in front of the entrance, then walk on out.
