    hi bob! have you been to samal ocean view lately? i know you have this clip last year, so just wondering what’s the updated video there. I don’t own any lot, i wish i can afford… but im really keeping an eye on a certain spot but also never got a chance to visit.

    Do you own a lot in that resort? i wish you can show us some updates! and thank you for downloading this, the resort owner owes you alot! you are the only one that gives people an idea how that place looks in actual!

    Hi pinkyzoey – this video was filmed in mid-2008. I am shocked that you did not see any development on Samal recently – the island is buzzing with developments, resorts, even hotels being built right now. Perhaps you didn’t notice, or visited the wrong part of the island.
