How can I set up a live ocean view camera of the waves that people would allow people to see it on my website?

I am trying to set up a live streaming camera on the local oceans ( to allow surfers to see the current status of the waves). Where, and how, do I set this up so it can be viewed directly from my website?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
