This is my first home. One has an amazing view. The other includes all new appliances. If I chose the one with the view I’d have to buy appliances as none are included.
The one with the view and no appliances is 5000 more money.

   It depends on how much money I had to spend on stuff for the house. More than likely I would go with the appliances.

   As long as the view is unlikely to change, I would pick that one. Then work on getting the appliances as I could. If money was the major consideration, I’d have to go with the appliances.
