how to view the offline messages and chat history in yahoo mail.?

like am not able to see my past chat..i cannot find a option here in yahoo mail..and also am not getting the offline messages..

go to messenger option and then go to preferences option there u will see a archive option click here and there will be 3 option u will go for ” save my chat history always” and apply then ok now whenever u want too see ur history u will come here at archive and click at view archive.i hope u it will help u.

    Messenger option in yahoo mail (beta version) is just for simple chatting only. It is not accomplished with all features of yahoo messenger. U will not get the past chat history here. But you should get the offline message. Test once more, if not send mail to cust care.
