How do you view the history on a computer?

I have a dell computer and i want to know how to view the history of it…

I am running Vista. I am also currently on a Dell. This is how I do it-

Click on "View".
Next go down to "Explorer Bar" and click on "History".

Alternatively "Ctrl+Shift+H" will also work.

    if you have a old computer the icon should be next to favorites, if you have vista it was tricky for me to find click on the arrow pointing down on the back button.

    If you want the browser history in Win XP go to C>Documents & Settings>User>Local Settings>History.
