how to view history after cleared?

after you have cleared the history on safari of a mac computer, how do you view it? is it possible? if so how?

I know it’s possible somehow, because clearing your history I dont think clears it away perminatly.

Not been a Mac expert, find the Mac equivilant of .tmp files, and click on them.

    The idea behind "clearing history" is so that it’s not there anymore. You can’t view it.
